La solidez financiera de IGS-Vivienda permite cubrir inversiones sin generar deuda, dejando que el credito de construccion u otras fuentes cubran las necesidades sucesivas.

IGS Tierra es la división dedicada a adquirir grandes reservas territoriales y darles valor agregado a traves de la aportacion de recursos económicos, técnicos y humanos, para crear la infraestructura primaria para posteriormente vender macro lotes a los desarrolladores.

La unidad de IGS Comercial se especializa en crear un portafolio inmobiliario de centros comerciales ubicados en la república mexicana y con un alto valor de rendimiento. El esquema de negocio esta enfocado en dos practicas distintas: desarrollo y adquisición de centros comerciales preferentemente anclados por empresas de autoservicio.

En IGS Industrial a través de la compra y arrendamiento se ayuda a las empresas a liberar el capital invertido en inmuebles, permitiendo que mantengan a largo plazo el control operativo de sus negocios. Por lo tanto, los clientes de IGS pueden vender sus activos inmobiliarios y convertirse en arrendatarios de los mismos, lo que les da una gran ventaja. Otros servicios que se ofrecen desde la plataforma IGS Industrial son Construccion a la medida o Build To Suit, Diseño y Construcción, y Selección de Ubicación.

IGS Housing operates like a land bank for housing developers; it acquires the land through a guaranteed Trust. Financial solidity of IGS Housing permits to cover investments without generating debt, letting construction credit or other sources take care of subsequent necessities.

IGS Land is the division dedicated to acquire big territorial reserves and give them added value through economic, technical and human resources contributions, to create the primary infrastructure that will later allow to sell macro lands to the developers.

The IGS Commercial Unit specializes in creating a real estate portfolio of commercial centers located in the Mexican Republic, with a high gain value. The business scheme is focused in two different practices: development and acquisition of commercial centers, preferably anchored by self service chains.

Through the purchase and leasing, IGS Industrial helps companies to release the capital invested in real estate, allowing them to maintain the operational control of their businesses. Therefore, IGS clients can sell their real estate assets and become leasers of their assets, which give them a great advantage. Other services offered from IGS Industrial platform are Tailor made construction or Built to Suit, Design and Construction and Selection of Location.
